These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and rw4d ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, mobile application and all services provided by rw4d.

By accessing the rw4d website, downloading the app, registering an account, or using any of our services, you expressly and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. These terms take effect from the date you first access the platform.

To register and use the rw4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. rw4d strictly prohibits underage individuals from using this platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• One Account: Each individual is only permitted one active account at rw4d at any time. Detection of multiple accounts may result in immediate suspension.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
• Non-rw4d Employees: Employees, partners, and immediate family members of rw4d staff are not eligible to register as members on the platform for wagering purposes.

When registering at rw4d, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and identification number (MyKad). This information is required for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) in line with international industry standards.

Rw4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including:

• Valid MyKad or passport copy
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Proof of payment method used for deposit
• Any other documents deemed necessary by the rw4d compliance team

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. This is not merely a formality — it is a protective measure ensuring no one else can withdraw funds from your account.

• Rw4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for further investigation if suspicious activity is detected
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit

Rw4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that are clearly stated on the respective promotion page.

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus has a minimum wagering requirement before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• Rw4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus that is cheated or abused
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses have a set validity period — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited

In the event of a technical malfunction, server disruption, or connection issue during an active game, rw4d reserves the right to:

• Cancelling affected rounds and returning the bet amount to the account balance

• Accepting the outcome recorded by our servers as the official result where complete data is available

Rw4d is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connection issues on the player's end. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a stable connection before starting a game.

Rw4d maintains a safe and fair gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Use of bots or automated software to play or wager

• Software bug exploitation — players who discover any bugs must report them to support and not exploit them
• Threats or harassment to rw4d staff or other players

You are solely responsible for keeping your rw4d account username and password confidential. rw4d recommends you take the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including rw4d staff who will never ask for your password
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Rw4d is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access if you fail to take reasonable security measures to protect your login information.

Members may request account closure at any time via Live Chat or support email. Before the account is closed, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Rw4d reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of violation of any terms in this document
• Suspicious activity related to fraud or money laundering detected
• Member failed to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• There is an order from authorities or regulatory bodies

Rw4d provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the service will always be available without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, rw4d is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform
• Losses resulting from service disruptions beyond rw4d's control (force majeure)
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by members
• Any act or omission by third parties including software providers or payment providers

All content on the rw4d platform — including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, software code, and game content — is the intellectual property of rw4d or our licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from rw4d.

If you have any complaints or disputes relating to the rw4d platform, please follow the procedure below:
