Login via the rw4d Mobile App
The easiest and fastest way to log in is through the rw4d app, available as a free download for Android and iOS. The app securely stores your login details (if you select the "Remember Me" option) so you don't need to type them in every time.
The rw4d app also offers biometric login — using fingerprint or facial recognition on supported devices. This makes the login process faster and more secure than a regular password. To enable this feature, go to Account Settings in the app and look for the "Biometric Login" option.

Forgetting your password is a common occurrence. rw4d provides a simple and secure password reset process. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered phone number and you'll receive an OTP code within seconds. Enter that code, set a new password and you can log back in immediately.
It is recommended that you choose a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols, at least 8 characters long. Avoid using your date of birth or name as a password as these are easy to guess.

Rw4d uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted during your login session. This means your login information cannot be intercepted by third parties. However, account security also depends on your own actions.
Never share your password with anyone — including people claiming to be rw4d staff. rw4d staff will never ask for your password. If you receive any message requesting your password or personal information, please report it to our support team immediately.
